Warranty and Repairs
All watches purchased from www.patricktothwatch.com are covered by Mechanical warranty for a period of 2 ( Two ) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. A copy of the receipt, or any order information based on we can identify the order - such as Order Number, SKU Number or the Product name, is required for proof of purchase.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends one years from the date the replacement watch is received.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons or unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
REQUESTING WARRANTY AND OTHER WATCH REPAIR
Should you require work under warranty, please send us an email to email@example.com with a copy of your sales receipt, or any order information based on what we can identify the order. Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and show the items outer packaging. We will get back to you with the instructions to send your watch to us.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. We are not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.
Our 30 day returns warranty starts from the date you receive our product.
We will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement item at our expense.
Should you require free return under warranty, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - we will get back to you with the instructions to send your watch to us.
Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
